Embed the IRMAA bracket table
Paste a short snippet of code into any web page and it shows the current Medicare IRMAA bracket table: the 2026 Part B premium and Part D IRMAA amount for every income tier, single and joint, from the CMS fact sheet announced November 14, 2025. It is free, with no account, and a source line under the table links back to us. When CMS announces the next year's figures, the table on your page switches to them within a day.
What does the embedded table look like?
This is the live embed, exactly as your readers will see it.
Which embed code should I use?
There are two versions. Try the script first; use the plain iframe only if your site removes scripts.
| Embed code | Height | If your site blocks scripts | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Script (two lines) | Adjusts itself to fit | Will not show | WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, hand-built sites |
| Plain iframe | Fixed at 560 pixels | Works | Editors that remove scripts, newsletter web versions |
How do I add the IRMAA table to my site?
Try the script version first. It adjusts the table's height by itself on phones and desktops. Paste it where you want the table to appear.
<div data-cobaltmedicare-embed="irmaa-brackets"></div>
<script src="https://cobaltmedicare.com/js/embed.js" async></script>
Some newsletter tools and locked-down site builders delete scripts. If yours does, or the table does not appear, use this one instead. It works anywhere you can paste HTML, but its height is fixed at 560 pixels, so on a narrow phone screen readers may need to scroll inside the table.
<iframe src="https://cobaltmedicare.com/embed/irmaa-brackets/" title="Medicare IRMAA brackets table" width="100%" height="560" style="border:0;max-width:820px" loading="lazy" sandbox="allow-scripts allow-popups allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox"></iframe>
What figures does the embedded table show?
The 2026 brackets, based on 2024 income: six tiers, each with the MAGI range for single and joint filers, the total monthly Part B premium, and the monthly Part D IRMAA. With no surcharge, Part B is $202.90 a month. The surcharges start once 2024 MAGI is over $109,000 for a single filer or $218,000 filing jointly, where Part B becomes $284.10 and Part D IRMAA is $14.50. At the top tier, $500,000 or more single or $750,000 or more joint, Part B is $689.90 and Part D IRMAA is $91.00.
Under the table, a source line names the CMS fact sheet and its announcement date and links to the full 2026 IRMAA brackets page, which also covers married filing separately and the year's other rules. The table does not include the married filing separately schedule, which has its own tiers.
Does the table update when CMS announces new brackets?
Yes. You do nothing. CMS announces next year's premiums and IRMAA brackets each fall; in recent years the announcement has come in November. We update our figures within 24 hours of the announcement, and every embedded copy of the table switches to the new year at the same time. Projected brackets never appear in the embed. It shows only figures CMS has announced, so until the 2027 announcement it shows 2026.
Is it free, and what does it collect?
It is free for any site, commercial ones included. The embed shows no ads and sets no cookies. The only thing it reports back is the domain name of the site it appears on, so we can count how many sites use it. It records nothing about your readers beyond the standard technical logs every web server keeps. The one condition: leave the source line under the table as it is. It is part of the embed, and it tells your readers where the numbers come from.
Can I copy the numbers instead of embedding them?
Yes. The 2026 figures are published as an open dataset in JSON and CSV, licensed CC BY 4.0: use them anywhere as long as you credit Cobalt Medicare and link to the 2026 brackets page. A copied table goes out of date the day CMS announces new figures. The embed updates itself.
